<description>I love living on my boat, and on lake union.  It is great,  no awesome. Central to most of Seattle and a great view for quick sails...&#13;&#13;Today was the third time w/in 5 days that i took the boat out.  and i am getting a lot better with docking the boat.  I have singles handed docking several times.  </description>
