Back update and vacationing in Detroit

Went in for my second ESI (Epidural Spinal Injection) this past Monday and, while I can’t say things are actually any better, I am hopeful that things may be improving for the first time in 8 months. So, I actually have MORE pain when I sit and when I lay down - and I find myself waking up at 4am,

The main reason I haven’t written a blog entry in the last two months: I can’t get my MacBook to recognize my external USB HDD, which is where my iphoto library is stored. Still haven’t corrected the issue, but decided to make another library on the main drive until I can figure out an alternative.

Minnesota / Travel plans / Back update

Had fun in Minnesota. (Pictures here.) Anne and I spent time each day in the Mall of America. Two of my favorite restaurants are there (Tony Roma’s and Twin City Grill - with the world’s best fries) and I ate so much, I needed to buy fat pants. Actually, I needed fat pants before I went to MN.

Escaping the heat

It may only be June, but it is just ridiculously hot here in Houston. I’m just dying to escape the triple-digit temperatures and go somewhere cooler...like the center of a live volcano. Instead, Anne and I managed to cash in our dwindling supply of frequent flyer miles and get tickets to Minneapol

Heading back to Massachusetts
